One of the three Khans to make it big in Bollywood in the 90s and also in the recent times, Salman Khan has been in the news for the wrong reasons. He is the eldest son of the famous scriptwriter of yester year Salim Khan. He began with his career in Bollywood movies with the film ‘Biwi Ho To Aisa’ in 1988, this was his debut movie where he played a supporting role. It was with ‘Maine Pyaar Kiya’, which released in 1989, Salman Khan made his first commercial success and was recognized as promising actor. He even won the ‘Filmfare Best Male Debut Award’ for his first film. Salman Khan has starred in some of the most successful movies of Bollywood, like ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’; ‘Hum Apke Hai Kaun’ , ‘Sajaan’,’ Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam’, ‘Tere Naam’ ; ‘No Entry’ and many more.
Salman Khan is an established star in the film industry and is the most prominent star of the industry. He is a dedicated body builder and is an inspiration for all the young men who want to have a good body. His step-mother Helen has starred with him in ‘Khamoshi-the musical’ and ‘Hum Dil De Chuke Sanaam’. He has starred in more than fifty movie till now and of course there are many more to come.
